Booking your Spanish course with IH Barcelona

We try to make booking your Spanish course as simple and easy as possible, with a number of different ways in which it can be done (see below).

If you need anything special, or have any difficulties with the booking process, you can always contact us by phone, on +34 93 268 4511.

Booking

Bookings can be made in any of the following ways:

• By booking online via our secure server on the IH Barcelona website
• By downloading an application form
• By letter
• By telephone (phone bookings should be then confirmed in writing)
• By fax
• By email

Contact details are at the foot of this page. The following information should be included:

• Name / age / sex / nationality / mother tongue / profession
• Approximate level of Spanish (Beginner, Elementary, Lower or Upper Intermediate, Advanced)
• Type of course / number of weeks
• Start date
• Accommodation required: single or shared room / Bed & breakfast or Half Board
• Smoker or non-smoker
• Allergies or dietary restrictions
• Estimated date and time of arrival

Please try and supply as much of the information as possible; it will help us make the course and the accommodation better for the student.

Booking becomes valid and binding once it has been confirmed by IH.

Enrolments

All individual enrolments should be accompanied by a deposit of €200, which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Cheques, in euros, should be made payable to International House Barcelona, S.L. and sent to the school address. Transfers should be made to our bank account (for details, see below).

Please note that any bank charges incurred on payment of the deposit will be added to the balance of the course fee.

Payments

Cheques in euros should be made payable to International House Barcelona S.L. and posted to the school address.

Bank transfers in euros should be sent to our bank account:

Cancellations

Where a cancellation is received 10 days or more before the course is due to start, the deposit will be refunded less €100 for expenses.

For cancellations received with less than 10 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Once the course has started, refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances.
