We offer several different types of accommodation in Cadiz, including shared flats, Spanish host families and exclusive apartments.

Shared flats with Spanish people

The shared flats with Spanish people are also carefully selected. They are self-catering and may also be double or single rooms. Students have access to all facilities and equipment. All are located within walking distance of the school.

Single rooms include common use of living room, kitchen, bathroom, self-catering. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Double rooms include the same, and are available for two people booking together. Prices given are per person.

Prices

• Single room: €100 per week | €20 per extra night
• Double room: €80 per week | €20 per extra night
• Accommodation booking fee: €40
• Supplement July and August: €20 per week

Spanish host families

Our Spanish host families are welcoming and caring and are all located within walking distance from the school. They are visited and controlled on a regular basis.

Half board is breakfast and lunch. Full board includes 3 meals a day.

One laundry per week, room cleaning and change of bed linen once a week are included.

Double rooms include the same and are available for two people booking together. Prices given are per person.

• Single room, half board: €160 per week | €30 per extra night
• Single room, half board, private bathroom: €192 week | €36 extra night
• Double room, half board: €130 per week | €25 per extra night
• Double room, half board, private bathroom: €156 week | €30 extra night
• Single room, breakfast only: €130 per week | €30 per extra night
• Double room, breakfast only: €110 per week | €30 per extra night
• Accommodation booking fee: €40
• Supplement July and August: €20 per week

Private apartments

Our private apartments, with both standard and high standard flats, are fully equipped and located in the best areas of the centre of Cadiz.

Private apartments are available with one or two bedrooms (for up to 4 people).

They are fully equipped with air conditioning and heating. All expenses such as water and electricity are included, up to €50/month. Bed linen is provided.

Prices per week

• One bedroom, high season: €500
• One bedroom, rest of the year: €350
• Extra night: €60
• Accommodation booking fee: €40

Student residence, hotel accommodation

CLIC IH Cádiz can reserve student residence or hotel accommodation upon request.

Prices vary according to standards.

Please note

We recommend that you reserve your accommodation at least one month in advance.

Cadiz is a popular tourist destination and if you wish to book accommodation during high season (July 1st to August 31st), don't leave it too late!

Checking in/out All accommodations are booked from Sunday prior to the beginning of the course till Saturday after it finishes.
