Christmas in Spain with IH Spain
There's nothing like visiting a country at a time of the year like Chistmas to find out what it's really like.
For Christmas in Spain, we offer intensive Spanish courses that come with a social program to introduce you to some of the customs and traditions we have here (one, giving friends a poinsettia, shown right), to bring warmth and colour into their homes.
In Barcelona, our special Christmas course runs from December 18th to 22nd and then from 27th to 29th [ full course details ], which means you can still get home for New Year if that's want you want to do – or you can stay and celebrate the New Year in Barcelona, too. Classes start again on January 2nd.
In San Sebastian, our regular intensive Spanish course [ course details ] continues over the Christmas period, with an extra session each day in the weeks beginning Dec 18 and Dec 27, Dec 26 being a public holiday, as in Barcelona. The program of cultural and social activites will be a special one, so that you sample as much as possible of a Spanish Christmas.

Accommodation
