Enrolment procedure

Complete the enrolment form and send it by post or fax to ACADEMIA HISPANICA IH CORDOBA.

You can also fill in the online form on the ACADEMIA HISPANICA IH CORDOBA website.

Include the deposit of €200 by bank transfer (send a copy of proof of payment together with the application form), international banker's cheque or credit card to ACADEMIA HISPANICA IH CORDOBA.

Note that there is a €40 accommodation booking fee, per student per stay, which is in addition to the prices quoted for your accommodation.

Reservation

On receipt of your deposit we will reserve your course and accommodation.

By return post, fax or e-mail you will receive confirmation of your course and outstanding fees as well as, detailed information for your journey and stay.

Accommodation

Approximately 10 days before the course starts and once full payment has been received, ACADEMIA HISPANICA IH CORDOBA will send you the accommodation address and a map of Cordoba.

Last minute enrolments

Students who enrol fewer than 20 days prior to the course starting date are required to pay all fees upon enrolment.

Payment

Please note payments are only accepted in euros and must be received by ACADEMIA HISPANICA IH CORDOBA 20 days prior to the course starting date.

a) By international banker's cheque issued to a Spanish bank.

b) By bank transfer (all charges to be paid by the student) to our account in:

Please add €15 to cover bank charges. Any excess amount will be refunded when the money arrives.

Please state your name, type and date of course on all transfer forms.

c) By credit card. If you have already paid the deposit by credit card, please note that ACADEMIA HISPANICA IH CORDOBA will need further authorisation to charge the remaining fees as well.

All credit card payments for accommodation fees are subject to a commission charge of 3% (VISA, MASTERCARD).

Please note that IH Cordoba cannot pass payment on to the accommodation owners until the student's invoice has been settled in full.

Cancellations

If notice is given with a minimum of 15 days, the school will refund all fees except for the deposit which may be credited towards another course in the same calendar year.

If notice is given with less than 15 days, the student will have to pay the equivalent of two weeks of General Intensive course and 15% of the accommodation fees as administration charges.

Once the course has commenced the student will not be entitled to any refund for course fees but the school will reimburse the outstanding amount of accommodation fees that has not been used, less 15% administration charges.

The accommodation will be reserved for the period of time indicated on the enrolment form, from Sunday afternoon prior to the course until Saturday noon after the last day of class.
