DELE exam preparation courses at IH Cordoba

At Academia Hispánica we have two types of preparatory courses which lead to the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) run by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science.

The exams are set at three levels: Starter, Intermediate and Superior.

To enrol for the exam at Starter level, a student should have at least Pre-intermediate level (A2), for the Intermediate exam they should have a minimum of Intermediate (B1) and to go in for the Diploma Superior, they should be at least at the beginning of Superior level (C1) in Spanish Language.

The DELE exams take place all over Spain and at over 100 venues abroad, and are held in May and November every year.

Intensive DELE

Course details

• Maximum number of students per class: 8
• Classes per week: 20+6 x 55 minutes
• Timetable: Monday to Friday, 9.00-13.00; 13.20-15.10 (Mon, Tues and Thurs)
• Length of course: 5 weeks
• Levels: Pre-Intermediate and above

Dates

The five-week course runs twice a year, on the following dates:

• April 7, 2008
• October 13, 2008

Prices

• 5-week course: €1030
• Exam registration fee: approx. €150 (subject to confirmation)

Extensive DELE

Course details

• Maximum number of students per class: 8
• Classes per week: 4 x 55 minutes
• Timetable: Morning or afternoon.
• Length of course: 30 weeks
• Levels: Advanced and above

Start date

• From October 1, 2006

Prices

• 30-week course: €718
• Exam registration fee: approx. €150 (subject to confirmation)

 

Holidays

2008: There will be no classes on the following holidays: May 1 and 30, August 15, September 8, October 13 and 24, November 1, December 8.

Classes on these days will not be held or transferred to other days.

The last day of courses will be December 19, 2008.
