Social Programme in Palma

You can't come to Palma and not see anything of the rest of Majorca. The train ride to Soller, shown right, is one the most popular excursions on our social programme...

 

About the programme
IH Palma organises a varied programme of social activities for our Spanish students.

These include a "Welcome" cocktail, visits and excursions to places of interest in and around Palma, video films in Spanish, concerts by local musicians, and "exchange evenings" at which students can meet and talk with some of our other students who are learning English or German in the school.

We also take students out in the evening to experience some of Palma's unforgettable nightlife. All these activities, including local transport costs, are included in the course fee.

We also organise excursions to towns and places of interest outside Palma. These excursions are organised at least twice a month.

The Social Programme is changed frequently so that students staying for longer periods will not have to repeat specific activities. All students are given a copy of the Social Programme planned for the following 2-week period when they arrive.
