Accommodation in San Sebastian: Apartments

Shared Apartments

The student has his/her own independent room, and shares communal facilities with other students, up to 5 per apartment. Sometimes they may be placed with people who work in San Sebastian (example, pictured right.

Apartments normally have either 3 bedrooms (two doubles and a single) or 4 bedrooms (one double, three singles), a bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen.

They are normally located 5 to 30 minutes from the school, either on foot or by public transport. They are comfortably but basically furnished. Among others, they have cooking, heating and washing facilities, usually a television, but no telephone.

We provide bed linen but do not provide towels.

Prices

High season (June 4 - September 14, 2012)

• Single room: €142 per week, €32 per extra night, long term discount: -10€*
• Double room: €94 per week, €23 per extra night, long term discount: -5€*
• Placement fee: €50

Low season (Rest of the year)

• Single room: €110 per week, €27 per extra night, long term discount: -10€*
• Double room: €72 per week, €18 per extra night, long term discount: -5€*
• Placement fee: €50

*Long term discount: only applies when the accomodation is initially booked for a period of 12 or more weeks.

Accommodation is from Sunday 14.00 pm on the day before the course begins until 12.00 am on the Saturday after it ends.

Please let us know in advance if extra nights are needed. If you exceed the length of your stay, you will be charged the extra days, plus a €100 penalty.

Private Apartments

For groups of students coming together, students coming with their families, or for people wanting more privacy, private apartments may be the best choice.

Private apartments are usually rented for calendar month periods, although some may be available for fortnights.

Prices vary quite considerably, depending on the number of people the apartment is for, the month of the year, etc. We therefore prefer to provide personalised quotations for private apartments. Please contact us for these, using the contact details below.
