School calendar, 2010
In 2010, group courses will start on January 4 and run until December 30. The office will be open from January 4 until December 30, 2010.
Bank holidays, 2010
The school will be closed, and there will be no classes, on the following dates: October 12; November 1; December 6 and 8.
School calendar, 2011
In 2011, group courses will run from January 3 until December 30. The office will open from January 3 until December 30. In the end of 2010, the office will be open Dec 20-23 and 27-30 from 8.30 to 16.30.
In 2012 courses will start on January 2 and run until December 28. The office will be open Jan 2 and close Dec 28.
Bank holidays, 2011
The school will be closed, and there will be neither classes nor refund on the following dates: January 1, 6, 20; April 22, 25; July 25; August 15; October 12, 25; November 1; December 6 and 8.
Summer period, 2011
From July 4 to August 26, 2011
There is a summer supplement of €35 per week on Intensive 20, Intensive 20+5, Intensive 20+10, Intensive 30 and DELE courses.
From June 6 to September 18, 2011
High season supplement for apartment accommodation.
Insurance
EU citizens are entitled to use the local Social Security services, but you must complete an E-111 form at the Social Security office in your country before coming to Spain. Remember to bring the original copy with you.
Citizens of other countries must check which insurance companies in your country are accepted by the Social Security in Spain.
We recommend that students take out travel insurance. If you wish, the school can provide travel insurance with coverage from departure to return to your country. Ask us for information if you require this service.
General conditions
Age The minimum age of students we accept to attend our courses is 17, except for the Junior Summer Courses, private lessons and group programmes.
Attendance In order to preserve the high standard of teaching in the school, we insist that our students attend all lessons and do the homework exercises assigned. This enables the group to progress rapidly and at the same pace. Failure to fulfil these requirements may result in the student being placed in a lower class.
Behaviour The school reserves the right to expel students whose behaviour is unacceptable, disruptive or preventing the smooth running of the course.
Course extensions If you wish to extend your course you should let us know and pay before the Wednesday of your last week.
Discounts Reduced prices for long term courses, extra weeks and accommodation apply only when requested and paid in advance.
