Included in your accommodation fees:

In family: Single room or double room with shared bathroom, towels and bed linen, electricity, gas and water expenses, laundry once a week

In shared apartment and studio: Single or double room with shared bathroom, cleaning of common rooms every two weeks, sheets and blankets, electricity, gas and water expenses (up to certain expense, in case of extra use it will be charged to the student)

In residence: Single or double room, meals as chosen, weekly cleaning and weekly changing of linen

Accommodation in Valencia

Shared apartments

This type of accommodation gives you the chance to live with students from other countries. The apartments are located near the school, no more than 20 minutes away by public transport. Each apartment has three or four bedrooms and one or two bathrooms that are shared with other students. All apartments have fully-equipped kitchens, a lounge with TV, a washing machine and an iron. The school provides bed linen and takes charge of maintaining the apartments.

Your apartment is available from 14.00 on the Sunday prior to the first day of your course (Monday), until 12.00 on the Saturday following the last day of class (Friday).

Prices

Prices given below are per week, with the price of extra nights given in parenthesis.

• Single room: €100 (€20)
• Double room: €85 (€17)
• Double room, single use: €160 (€32)
• Suplement from 28/06/08 until 31/08/08: 20%

Extra nights may be available at the published prices.

Note that, for apartments, you need to leave a €100 deposit, which is returned to you at the end of the stay, provided no damage has been caused.

Host families

Living with a Spanish family is the best way to become familiar with the Spanish lifestyle, get to know Spanish customs and practise the language. We make a careful selection of our families so that our students feel completely at ease with them. Most of the families live near the school.

Students are lodged in single or double rooms and can choose from among three types of board (breakfast, half-board or full board).

The maximum distance from the school is 20 minutes by public transport.

Prices

Prices given below are per week, with the price of extra nights given in parenthesis.

• Single room: With breakfast, €130 (€26); Half-board, €155 (€31); Full board, €180 (€36)
• Double room: With breakfast, €110 (€22); Half-board, €130 (€26); Full board, €155 (€31)

Halls of residence

We also offer accommodation in student halls of residence. The halls are located near the University and well-communicated with the school. Single or double rooms are available, and a bathroom that is shared among 3 or 4 students. They all have common areas, a TV lounge and a dining room.

Prices

Prices given below are per week, with the price of extra nights given in parenthesis.

• Single room: With breakfast, €200 (€40); Half-board, €225 (€45); Full board, €250 (€50)
• Double room: With breakfast, €175 (€35); Half-board, €200 (€40); Full board, €225 (€45)

Studios

These are located near the University, and in the city centre. They have a lounge with a sofa-bed or separate bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. They are single or double.

Prices

Prices given below are per four-week period with the price of extra weeks given in parenthesis.

• Single: €1000 (€350)
• Double: €600 (€200)
• Suplement from 28/06/08 until 31/08/08: 20%

Note that, for studios, you need to leave a €100 deposit, which is returned to you at the end of the stay, provided no damage has been caused.
