Booking your course at IH Costa de la Luz-La Janda

How to enrol

Please send the completed enrolment form:

We need the following information:

• First name(s), family name, sex, date of birth, nationality, profession
• course starting date, number of weeks, course type, student's level
• type of accommodation required, if single or double room, smoker, non-smoker, allergies, special diets, special requests
• estimated date and time of arrival.

Please also specify whether the student/s require our airport pick-up service.

Online enrolment

Alternatively, you can also enrol online for our Spanish courses on our La Janda school website.

Confirmation

Once we receive the enrollment form, we will send you an invoice and confirmation.

Information on the accommodation and a map of Vejer will be sent to you ten days before the course is due to start.

Payment

All payments should be made in euros and the student's name should be included. Please settle the account at least ten days prior to starting date by one of the following methods:

• Banker's cheque

Please send a banker's cheque in euros made payable to our Spanish bank directly to La Janda. This method is preferable for amounts not exceeding €600.

Please note La Janda cannot pass payment on to your accommodation until the student's invoice has been settled in full.

Cancellations

If notice of cancellation is given more than 15 days before the course's starting date, La Janda will cancel the invoice.

If less than 15 days' notice is given, La Janda will charge two weeks of a standard course and one week of accommodation.

For cancellations on or after the first day of the course, full course and accommodation fees are payable.
